Making Meaningful Holidays with Young Children

The holiday season is fast approaching. Come join us for a discussion of balancing the many joys and challenges of a busy holiday season with the needs of young children. We will explore the following topics and questions:
What do children really need for the holidays?
Specific ideas to reduce the cost and stress of the holidays.
How children can be involved in meaningful ways in your holiday season.
What family rituals and traditions you want to include in your holidays?

This workshop is appropriate for parents of children from birth through preschool years. Non-mobile infants welcome to attend, no older children please.
Fee: $5 per person

Description:

In this 4-week session first time parents will learn about pregnancy and childbirth, along with strategies for lifestyle changes, stress, pain management, and postpartum care.
